"Excellent place! Around 30 min from Bologna. Lovely and respectful staff, easy self check-in, clean rooms. We could not enjoy the pool because we went during the winter, but it looks great. Coffee, tea, and water on the house. Parking by the rooms."

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
