"Room was Clean. Bathroom door squeaks VERY loudly and you can hear plumbing from other rooms. Facility itself was nice. We wanted to check out the rooftop during the morning to get pix before evening crowds but doors Were locked, same with pool. Staff was nice except at checkout we waited 20 min ..."

Latroupe Prado
"We had an extra kid and they were very rude and disrespectful. This place is not kid friendly. If you have kids do not book here. They gave me a whole lecture because we had one extra person. I wanted to leave to another hotel but it was too late to book somewhere. I will not be bookinh here anymore. ..."
