    "The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. ..."

    "The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word. The pool is tiny - not more than 5 people can be in there comfortably and the rooms were okay but nothing special. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop but you don't have to stay in the hotel to go to the rooftop. Don't reccomend."

"The room was decent and toilets were clean but once I turned the fan on, a huge pile of dust showered upon. They didn't clean the fan blades at all. The whole room filled up with dust and it did not help with my allergies. Other than that, the location is elite!"
