This hotel is a must if you are staying in Madrid. Very clean, quiet area, safe, there is places to eat near by. One place closed at 11:50pm for the late snackers and had good good. The bull stadium is walkable, about 10 min. I'll stay here againon my visit back.

This was our 5th time there. There’s no way we use another (unless it’s fully booked as happened to us this time on the beginning of our trip). It feels like home. We can rest very comfortably in the best beds with the best pillows (this is a must for us!). It has great access to public transportation and a it’s very short trip to the airport. Also, Silvia is always nice with us! She’s the best and we always look forward to be fortunate enough to cross paths with her. I will always be grateful for her attentions.

The room was clean and tidy. Also very quiet give the street location. We would have preferred a king bed instead of two beds pushed together as these didn’t have a sheet that covered both either so you could fall though. Location was great, near a metro and the Ventas Bullring. Would stay again
