Lovely rooftop pool (with bar!), close to sights and public transportation. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Streets below were loud at times and nighttime noise was especially noticeable during the time we stayed, which evidently coincided with some festival. But overall nice place in great location

This apartment hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the bustling Gran View area with metro nearby and a big supermarket downstairs. The front desk was friendly and opened 24/7. We got the two bedrooms unit and it was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. They also have a small swimming pool and lovely small rooftop bar with ab amazing view of the city (the bartender was also super nice). Definitely will come back again when we visit Madrid again (this was our 3rd time in Madrid)

An absolute gem, would stay again in a heartbeat. Great for large families, we had a two bedroom apartment and the beds were comfortable and there was also a sofa bed. In a great location close to everything to explore Madrid.

Excellent location at Gran Via street. Close to museums, theaters, restaurants, parks, Plaza Mayor, Casa de Campo.... lots of touristic spots within walking distance. If required, the subway can take you efficiently everywhere else.

Great hotel, well located, with a small but very clean pool area and a bar area with a beautiful view. The one complaint I have is that the apartment was MUCH smaller than what was pictured and what we’ve had in the past. For two people, it was perfectly fine, but the website needs to show what you’re actually paying for. Otherwise, a phenomenal stay (our third!).

We love staying at Grand View Apartments when we come to Madrid, love the ideal location. I will however say that this time around I was not very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. Seems like they are letting go of the property a little bit. Overall we had a good short stay.

Only one elevator working in the entire building, so it was difficult to get in and out of the apartment. Good location though and air conditioning worked well. Weird smell in the bathrooms. Long time for the hot water to come in. Dishwasher was dirty upon arrival.

Disliked: Communication
The best features were its spacious apartment and close proximity to many things to see and do. It’s not in a very clean or nice part of Gran Via. Homeless people are camped right outside the entrance. I stayed just 3 blocks East of here last year and it was a much better part of the street. Communication with staff regarding arranging airport transportation, a service they offer, was difficult. I ended up taking Uber which turned out to be much better value anyways.
