I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff. The room was clean and our request for extra towels was provided for in a timely manner. The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

This airport hotel was exactly what we expected. The hotel was nicely appointed and there was a grocery store attached which was nice. Close to metro and several restaurants in a nice suburban area. We wish they had an airport shuttle.

Clean, basic room. Simple but good breakfast starts at 04:00. Easy access to airport via a short walk to the Barajas Metro Station then a train to the terminal (T4 or T1-2-3). All in all a good place to stay before an early morning flight.

I was looking for a cheap hotel near airport. I was really surprised by quality of this 2-star hotel. Very clean, fun, and had an amazing breakfast buffet that is open from 4 am to 11 am. Staff were also very friendly.
