An excellent hotel in a brilliant location next to Retiro park. The hotel staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast has a great buffet with several options including asking the staff for cooked options. The room was extremely clean and was always made up well by the staff with fresh coffee and water. The only downside was sometimes it was noisy, but this was mainly due to building work in the area which was not the fault of the hotel.

We love this hotel

It's located in an unbeatable area of ​​Madrid. Very accessible yet quiet. One block from the Prado Museum. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. We've stayed at other hotels in Madrid, but this one is definitely our favorite.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from the musea and retiro park. The breakfast in the hotel is good. The overal state of the hotel interior is a bit taggy and needs some renovation for a hotel of this price category

The staff were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the atmosphere at this boutique hotel and the location cannot be beat. It is centrally located and walkable to parks, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful — much better than you find at luxury hotels.
