If you want to be near Plaza Mayor, then this is in a great location. Overall, it's comfortable (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, washing machine) and has all of the basics. I would stay there again. There are some mishaps which hopefully, they will fix. When we arrived, there was no sign on the door and its a shady looking sidestreet(to be fair, it's safe). Because I booked this online, I wasn't sure if this was fraudulent or the cab driver was taking us on a joyride. Plus, their front door was locked! Even the cabbie didn't want to leave us outside by ourselves. We caused traffic and were being cursed at by the other cars. Then, we just decided to ring all of the doorbells until someone came down. The guest service host was doing her best to be helpful and get us settled but it was quite challenging and time consuming because she was working by herself during a peak check-in time and was now being cursed at by the other guests. We soon realized, she always works by herself. Don't expect service to be prompt if you need something but it will get done. She always came through.
When we finally received our keys for the room, our room was in the next building. The FRONT DOOR locks are an issue! We toggled the lock with our keys every time we tried to go back to our room. Even the guest service host had to try a few times and played it off as if it was a simple turn to the left and to the right. There were 4 of us and it was always a challenge to get in. But we felt very safe in the aparthotel. The towels are like sandpaper.
Except for the issues of no sign, sandpaper towels and the doorlocks, I would stay there again because of the convenience, comfort and safety.
