The hotel is located at the heart of the city so the Metro, Bus and taxis are very accessible. Restaurants and stores are also walkable. The elevator is not that reliable.

The staff was tremendously nice. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. The staff let us put the luggages there, so we can explore the city hands free. On the check-out day, they also did the same thing, free of charge. Thank you so much! The room was very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The drainage is slow, but it is a minor problem. The location is excellent! We can walk to many attractions. I recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing place to stay near all of that is important in Madrid. We were thrilled to be staying near all of the action. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The only downside was that I missed in the first communication when I booked the apartment is that you need to check in at Hostal Madrid two doors down. There is no sign for these apartments, just a door number. Another important thing to note is that there was no laundry available in the building but some are nearby. Some of the guests get pretty loud, so it may not be the best place for light-sleepers but considering where you are staying, it is par for the course.

Die große und helle Ferienwohung liegt direkt mitten im Zentrum von Madrid, aber dennoch sehr ruhig an einer Fußgängerpassage. Der Plaza del Sol und die Metro liegen nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern besetzt. Sobald Sie das Haus verlassen sind Sie von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäften umgeben.

Lugar perfecto

Todo perfecto. El departamento es mejor aún de lo que se describe y la atención del personal excelente. La pasamos genial y si volvemos a Madrid ya sabemos a dónde nos hospedaremos. Lo mejor es la inmejorable ubicación. En la mismísima Puerta del Sol y a metros de todo para recorrer disfrutando cada rinconcito de esa lindísima e histórica zona no lo duden, el mejor seguramente

Awesome place near Sol

Great place. We arrived early and checked in before the time. Our room wasn't ready yet (as expected), but they kept in communication and notified me when it was ready (still a few hours before the expected time). The kids loved riding in the old school elevator. The wifi was a little spotty on the terrace, but everything else was amazing.

Reasonable for the money

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. Comfy bed. Very small apartment but still two bedrooms and two bathrooms as described! Spanish TV. Safe available but you had to pay 1 euro every time you want to lock it. Very cold in the apartment - we stayed in Nov and couldn't get the heating to work. Didn't get round to asking the staff for help because we were always out. Free toiletries - shampoo, shower gel, bar or soap. Fridge and small hob - we didn't use either.
