The apartment is small, but comfortable and immaculate. Although the building is old, the apartments is modern. A few extra items would have been useful, such as curtains as people in rooms opposite could see in, a tea towel would have allowed us to dry dishes we used and a nightlight would make night time bathroom visits easier. A great location in a pedestrian street, close to Metro, many cafes, restaurants and shops (a very handy Carrefour nearby). The staff were helpful storing our luggage after checking out.

Excellent Stay! Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 people. Very clean, with all the amenities needed, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a modern bathroom. Balcony was soundproof - enjoyed the view but appreciated the quiet. Popular location! The area is very lively with restaurants (the crepe place downstairs is excellent!), cafes, and shops. Close to many of the best tapas and monuments. Communication was wonderful. Christian sent videos on accessing the apartment, especially since I arrived late at night. Needed an extra blanket and received it quickly, asked for suggestions and got prompt answers. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Madrid.

The apartment was extremely clean, very central (even although the street below was busy through the day/night) no noise could be heard from inside. No problem with accessing the property - Maria was there when we said we would be arriving.

Great location, really convenient and close to everything you need. The room is also quiet so despite being located to a busy area, you’ll feel very secure and can really relax at the end of the day. Moreover, the check in and check out is very convenient and easy. Marià did an amazing job. She is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The studio apartment is located downtown Madrid in the center of everything. We mostly walk to all attractions. Christian was great to work with. I would highly recommend this property!

Location was perfectly situated in Madrid. Walking distance to the palace, Plaza Mayor, etc. Plenty of tourist restaurant nearby. Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid.

This location was perfect; everthing within walking distance, and the apt. was also very nice. It was clean, and as described and appears in the pictures. Christian was very accessible and responded quickly. There was another person who was not and that was frustrating, but Christian stepped in to help resolve questions I had quickly. Overall, great place and I would recommend it.

Easily one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced! A very neat and tidy apartment has all the amenities you can think of. We felt just like home from the minute we walked in (well maybe a little cleaner than our actual home 😅). The location is perfect. Right in the centre of everything with great transport links. I want to find something bad to make my review more balanced but I just can’t think of anything.

Highly recommend!

This isn’t a hotel as much as an apartment. If you’re okay not having a 24 hour desk, then you’ll have a great stay here. The communication and follow through was excellent! The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a bit noisy because it’s on a busy street, but if you close the outdoor window covering, that helps. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment is all about the location. Super central and a max 20 minute walk to pretty much all the key sites. Loads of restaurants and shops right next to you including multiple supermarkets for supplies. Only issues with the apartment were noise levels from other residents slamming the old metal cage lift doors / their apartment doors at all hours of the night. Fully closing the external blinds and balcony doors did block out 90%+ of the external street noise. Owner very helpful with whatsapp messages and videos around entering

Central madrid studio - perfect

This lovely studio was spotless and in a great location. Its minutes from the Gran Via, plaza Sol and metro stations. The communication before arrival was perfect. Check in was easy and really helpful with lots of advice and recommendations. We were supplied with a useful welcome tray (tea, coffee, salt and oil) together with shampoo and shower gel. We initially had a problem with wifi but this was promptly fixed. We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation.

Good property in an excellent area. The check in was not good this apartment is owned by a company with multiple units in the area they do not plan for the arrival of the guest, they do not have a representative at the property and the communication is very poor even after informing the staff of the day and time I was arriving in Madrid I had to wait getting into the apartment. I have family in Spain so I travel to Madrid frequently but I will not be staying at Preciado Suites again.
