AWFUL. Clearly there has a maintenance problem. Zero amenities, so uncomfortable beds and poor quality (felt dirty). We got no rest.

We arrived on a Sunday and they wanted all our contacts details and passports. I understand passports but why do they need phone and email. These days with the amount of cyber attacks and data leak, I don't trust them to keep the data safe. The room was poor condition not value for what we paid

I booked the hotel very last minute. But when I read the reviews and saw the pictures I regretted it. A refund would have been in order since we asked for it 5’ after booking. The hotel didn’t want to refund it. I know. Terms and conditions but the pictures were deplorable. I never were there.

This is NOT a hotel, are rooms for rent with out shampoo, conditioner or soap, they have not the management to cover any necesity of the clients, any TV channel works and qhen I ask the answer are : THIS IS NOT A HOTEL.

I had difficulty locating the hotel due to the lack of visible signage, which made finding it frustrating. The hotel doesn’t fit the ‘boutique’ description, as the rooms feel bare and poorly decorated. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls were thin enough to hear neighbors moving around. The bathroom only had a single, broken soap container placed inconveniently in the shower, and the windows didn’t close properly, allowing restaurant noise to filter in until late at night. Overall, not the restful stay I was hoping for.

THE PHOTOS ARE FALSE!! The advertisement photos for this place are absolutely missleading! There are holes and unfinished drywall edges all over the room. First only one of the three elevators was functional. Then the room had a stenching strong chemical smell during all the night. The walls were full of holes and repainted patches. The door was completely crooked and has a one inch gap on one end. The window frames were also crooked and left a half-inch gap on one end. One of the pillows was torn and had the filling coming out of it! The bedding had blood stains!! The bathroom had mold and unfinished/unpainted sections in the walls.

The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame.

Très bien situé près d’une station de métro. Beaucoup de site à visiter sont à 30/40 minutes de marche. Le confort de la chambre est de base. Comme la rue est très animée, avons choisi une chambre côté cour, et avons apprécié la tranquillité. Le personnel est avare de sourires et de bonjours.

Creo que ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel. Las recepcionistas (de distintos turnos) súper antipáticas, ni buenos días, ni buenas tardes. A la hora hora de hacer el checkin te hacen sentir incómoda y en el checkout devolvimos la tarjeta de la habitación y la recogieron de mala manera. Preguntamos si necesitaban algo y ni nos miraron. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. La habitación daba a un patio bastante sucio. Las camas incómodas. Llamamos al hotel por teléfono porque no tenían teléfono en las habitaciones para pedir un secador y nos dijeron que no tenían. Que el que tenían estaba estropeado. (Entiendo que tienen uno para todo el hotel). No creo que vuelva. No tengo nada positivo que decir en mi estancia.

Fel hotell på ett bra stället i Madrid

Duschen var trasig fick säga till dem att den skulle repareras toaletten var också trasig det rann vatten hela tiden dem gjorde ingenting åt det hade svår att sova för att varje 2 minuter vatten hållare startade där att fila på mer vatten och tvn fungerade inte. Man kunde bara håra dem gjorde ingenting heller åt det. Aldrig mer samma stället.
