Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!

This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Thank you very much! We loved the apartment. We would definitely stay with you again! The welcome was lovely, the wine, chocolates and water were a great suprise. It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!

La localización es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que quieres ver en Madrid en una visita de 3 días. Apartamento nuevo, limpio y con unos detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen mucho. Lo mas destacable la relación con los anfritiones antes, durante y después de la estancia. En nuestro caso nos tocó Raquel y fué una maravilla, ayudándonos en todo en todo momento. Nada, estuvo todo perfecto.
