The surrounding area didn't have much going for it, but the hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, and the pool was fabulous. Handy to IFEMA if you have a car, and close to a metro station for travelling to more touristy locations.

LLovely for short break

Lovely hotel well situated for attending gig at metropolitan stadium. Direct metro into centre from nearby. Nice pool/ outside area. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast too.

Per friendly!

It was nice to be able to stay at a hotel that accepted our cats (we just moved to Spain and needed a place to spend the night before we moved on to our final destination). Breakfast was good, though considering the cost of the room it should have been included.

Old outdated rooms. They gave us a "Classic room" and really was classic. Small, hardly space arround the bed. No coffeemaker or water cooker, as you usually have in a Sercotel and expect nowadays for the tariff they charge.

The hotel was barely two blocks from the Metro line. Very convenient to getting to the center of town or any place else we wanted. There is no longer an airport shuttle but it was a very quick, inexpensive Uber ride from the airport. We especially liked the breakfast buffet. What it lacked in variety it made up for in quality and quantity. The staff is always helpful.

This hotel was clean and modern. Minutes from the metro with a straight route downtown with no transfers. Amenities were good, dining, gym but the best thing was the 24 hour airport transport. I had a 6:00 am flight. Ten minutes from the airport and the ride was waiting for us at 3:45 am. This place had it all! Will stay there again!

The staff was very supportive and helpful, from getting us checked in when exhausted speaking English for our benefit, to setting up the morning shuttle to the airport, to later giving us excellent instructions and advice to support our sightseeing. I did feel safe in a busy (and noisy for some hours in the evening) part of the city. The room was not fancy, nor was it priced fancy. Very pleased with the experience.

Relatively close to the airport and Estadio Metropolitana (Atletico Madrid). Latter is a 30 minute hike and the airport requires a taxi ride 15-20 Euros. Hotel is peaceful and very quiet despite the busy street, smells lovely and is very clean. Room is adequate in size, comforatable bed, quality bathroom and working air conditioning. Pleasant outdoor area for meals which are adequate, but served with a smile. Walkable local restaurants are of a low medium standard. Area is mass residential but feels safe enough to walk around. We both said that we would recommend the hotel. A very good price for the quality.

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and considerate, but when I explained to the woman who worked the night shift that my air conditioning was not working (and it was 97’ on July 5) she was not helpful and I had a terrible stay because of it. The same considerate gentleman checked me out the following morning early and offered complimentary breakfast.
