Very clean and convenient, and I loved the laundry facilities. The machine was very easy to use (unlike the one where I stayed in Valencia). The walls were a bit thin, but overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic property and super friendly staff!

This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!

Great room in a prime location, perfect for two people and with laundry facilities on the same floor which was convenient. Be mindful that it is above a bar in a busy area so you can hear people singing on the streets at all hours, especially on the weekends. Staff were very quick to answer any queries (we had to ask for a spare blanket as the one on our bed was barely wide enough to cover the bed, let alone two people. Would stay again though and check in was fairly easy, just advise what time you will be arriving.

Excellent location just off Gran Via and near transportation. Small but as expected. The place was clean and equipped with what was needed-just enough ( 2 forks,2 cups, etc). Management was very responsive to questions. Downside is the walls are paper thin so u hear everyone and everything. Unfortunately I had some noisy groups of guys as neighbors while I was there. I would recommend the place however!

Wifi not reliable at all. Frustrating when trying to finish some work online. The room a bit small but I guess fair size for the central and convenient location and for the price. Although the building is old, the floor and rooms are modern and seem recently renovated and have the amenities one might need for a short stay. The washer is shared amongst all the rooms on the same floor. All communication is by phone or messages and staff quite responsive. We would stay again.

Ubicación excelente Sin posibilidad de regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado demasiado frío para nuestro gusto. No se podía abrir la ventana del balcón aunque el último día nos la arreglaron. El contacto fue muy amable. La habitación era bastante pequeña pero funcional.

No tuvimos agua caliente ningún dia, en ningún momento del día. Elegimos la habitación con balcón pero no abría la ventana para salir, hicimos el reclamo correspondiente, nos ijeron que iban a venir a solucionarlo y nunca sucedió. Es un apartamento, con cama catre y muy poco equipado, por el precio hay opciones mejores en Madrid.

Bon emplacement du logement qui est bien agencé. Par contre, nous l'avions choisi car le petit dej était écrit comme inclus et avons appris à notre arrivée que c'était une erreur... Malgré notre appel au sav, rien n'a changé.De plus, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche 2 matins sur 3... Logement moins intéressant qu'il ne paraissait sur l'annonce...

Espaço pequeno, 12 MTS. Pouca água quente para o banho. Elevador deixou de funcionar 1 dia inteiro. Conforto ruim. Bom só a localização. Funcionários dizendo para reclamarmos com a Expedia, que, segundo eles, são terceirizados pelo VRBO.

Lieu d’hébergement parfais, car au centre de la ville ce qui permet d’accéder partout. L’hébergement en lui même est décevant, car c’est une passoire sonore, autant pour les bruits la rue que ceux des voisins d’immeuble. Il n’y a pas de chauffage pour l’hiver, l’eau chaude est plus tiède vers le froid que vers le chaud et le lit grince pas mal lorsqu’on y dors.
