It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center.
