It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up.

Great for business trips

The hotel is located in a business park and was very close to where we had to work. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable but outside the building looks run down. Flaking paint etc. but inside is ok. Breakfast was excellent. Is not far from the airport and a 15 euros taxi to Playa España. Or there is an underground station 5 minutes away to go into Madrid center

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, nothing special though. Rooms don't have air conditioning, so the only way to keep cool at night is to open the window, which lets in mosquitoes. I would stay there again, but would bring insect repellent.

The property is ok but needs renovation outside and the carpets inside. Irene and Inez on the front desk were very friendly but my bad review is for the hotel. I had a reservation and my flight was cancelled I contacted them to explain my situation from the beginning and proved them my flight was really cancelled. I had to make a new reservation and in the end I stayed 2 days and the hotel charged me double each day and I was completely ignored abut doing a return or part of the return. I try many times to explain them and the answer was always no and nothing to do. I won’t recommend this place to anyone who is traveling because if you have any kind of issue and can’t make it on time you will be charged with no refunds.
