This place was immaculate and close to everything... I'm only giving 3 stars because of technical issues that was not addressed or given to the proprietor. I would stay here again. Jessie Gaglioti

The location is just perfect, in the middle of it all, right behind Chueca station. The host and her team are awesome!!! It is a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and you will be renting a room within the apartment with shared space. Not a men only place, but was great.

Great location, comfortable stay, and excellent value! I was really lucky to find this place! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Madrid, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, public transportation, and plenty of things to do. Despite being in such a lively area, the room is surprisingly quiet, so getting a good night’s sleep was never an issue. Check-in was very easy, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even helping me arrange an early check-in. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a comfortable bed, TV, and fan. There is no air conditioning, but the room stays naturally cool (even in September), so I never really felt the need for it. The shared bathroom was always clean, and the kitchen was very convenient and had everything I needed. The hosts were also very respectful of guests' privacy, which made the whole experience feel even more comfortable. Another thing I really liked was the building itself. It’s an older building with plenty of character, a working elevator, and that authentic Madrid charm that makes you feel more like a local than a tourist. Considering the location, comfort, and amenities, the price is excellent compared to other options in the area. Overall, a great experience, and definitely a place I will go back and I would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid!

I was surprised by the charge for checking in after 8 pm. I got there are 8:30 pm. And the charge must be in cash only. I had to go to an ATM machine nearby to get cash, which cost more. Then the person who gave me the keys did not have change for the larger bill that comes from the machine. Had I known about the charge, I might have stayed elsewhere. It was also unclear how to communicate with the host. My wife called, and the person did not speak English. Then I was suspected of bringing my wife along while I registered for one. My wife only tried to help, from home, regarding how to get the keys after 8 pm. More information about the restricted hours of checking in (4 - 8 pm; with substantial cost afterward) should be posted on the website. Or it was there and I missed it?

Es muy céntrico, pero en verano tiene que pasarse mal porque las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y el tema de las llaves para poder entrar, puede entorpecerte los planes
