Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please leave the keys on the table and door pulled closed as it’s always locked. NEVER leave the keys in the door lock or it will prevent anybody from coming in with the key from the outside.
Please take the trash down to the street trash cans right outside the street door the night before you leave they’re only put out in the evening so we have no access to them in the morning.
Please turn off all heating and air-conditioning units. Open the windows in the living room and leave them open to air the unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice stay!

The place was nicely located and fit three of us well. Didnt have pepper or oil or laundry detergent which would have been nice.

Enjoy Madrid at Lavapies neighborhood

This is a great location, super safe and friendly. It is very centric and close to lots of bars restaurants and typical historical sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We travel with two small kids and they were very comfortable. We walked 15-20 min to many tourist attractions and it is easy to walk to main avenue to get a taxi. Lots of little stores with pastries and fresh fruit around was a plus for easy breakfast before starting the day.

Our stay in Madrid was wonderful!! The apartment is lovely, cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect accommodations for us and we had a great time because of it!!
