Great stopover on way from Ferry

A great stopover on way South from Santander ferry. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great breakfast with excellent choices. Friendly staff. Will definitely stop again and highly recommend.

I thought that the breakfast buffe was excellent. There was a nutritious variety of food. I did not feel rushed nor limited in repeats. The front desk gentleman who served me was polite and helpful in providing me with tips for getting around in Madrid. The breakfast manager and room help were courteous and and most efficient.

Banging servers door.

The room was nice staff excellent. Stayed for two nights. At 6:30am both mornings a service door was slammed by incoming and outgoing staff making the bed vibrate, this went on for one and a half hrs. Not very good when you have a long drive ahead of you.

I think that if I were to say something negative, it would be that in the hotel the employees do not have much information about what the restaurants in the area are, I think they should have more information about what is around them as well as information about the tree mall They still have their area and the few restaurants and their schedules oh some brochures of them, but for the rest of the other things it is recommended

Breakfast not fresh... Same everyday... Rooms old outdated and lack of upkeep shows.. loose floor tiles... Worn out bathtub. Mould.. toilet inefficient.. bed and sofa old and run down and a very strong odour in hallway and room. There is no light at night in front of hotel.. not a safe experience.. I would strongly not recommend this place and very sad Expedia has failed to look into this property overall. This place needs a major redo

الموقع ليس جيدا يقع في منطقة صناعيه انقطع الماء عن الهوتل انقطع الماء عن الهوتل اكثر من نصف يوم وقالوا لنا يمكننا البحث عن توليت في المطاعم او ما شابه وتخيلوا ان لدينا طفلين إذا احدهم اراد ان يذهب الى التواليت كان يجب أن نخرج ونبحث عن تواليت والفطور كان من الدرجه الثانيه ولهذا اعطه ثلاث نجمات ولا أعتقد ان اعود لهذا الهوتيل في مدريد
