Perfect clean hostel
It was easy to locate and close enough from the train station to walk.Also very close to the AYUNTAMIENTO and police Department as I felt safe in this zone. I loved how they gave us vlean towels and cleaned our rooms, with an extra refrigerator and microwave outside in a different room. I felt like I was more at home.

Arrived at check-in to find out my room booking had been cancelled, after travelling from the other side of the world - tired, stressed, with little Spanish, for a booking I'd had for months. Not sure how the manager lives his life, but I then had to beg the front desk assistant to help me find somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE, AS YOU HAVE NO GUARANTEE THE ROOM WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE!

Dear customer, we thank you for choosing us and we recommend that the next time you make a reservation use a card that has no problems to make the online payment. Your reservation was canceled because your card was not charged. We as a hostel cannot wait until night to secure a charge. a cordial greeting.

Le contestare en español señor MARCO GOMEZ, ya que es su lengua y nosotros estamos en España. Vamos a contar lo que a usted le faltó. Usted llegó por la mañana a pedir su habitación sabiendo que la hora de entrada es a las 15:00h. Aun así se le recibió y se le registro permitiendole que dejace su equipaje y pidiendole que regrese a las hora de check-in, porque se estaba limpiando. Aún así usted regreso antes de la hora. La recepcionista le hizo saber lo que usted estaba ocacionando al llegar antes de la hora por segunda vez. Su habitación aun no estaba disponible pero aún asi ella le dio una habitacion que no le correspondia sino a otro cliente, para que pueda alojarse antes de tiempo, ocacionando que se tenga que volver a modificar el orden de las habitaciones. Quizas no ha notado todo esto porque solo ve por usted. Los horarios estan por algo y si se rompen para veneficio de usted hay que ser mas agradecido. Como vemos que le gusta sentirse americano, le vamos a traducir tambien en ingles. Un saludo. I will answer in Spanish Mr. MARCO GOMEZ, since it is your language and we are in Spain. You arrived in the morning to ask for your room knowing that the check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Even so, he was received and registered allowing him to leave his luggage and asking him to return at check-in time, because he was cleaning. Her room was not yet available but she still gave him a room that belonged only to another client, so she could stay early, making it necessary to change the order of the rooms again. Value for money, comfortable and clean
The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel convenient for local shops and restaurants. And while the bathrooms were shared, it wasn't a great problem because they were clean. Two minutes walk from the town square, and about 5 minutes walk from Torrejon railway station.

This place was absolutely phenomenal - They were very accommodating with a last minute request. Even though I arrived late, they held my reservation. The place is absolutely spotless. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and he restrooms were spotless ! I would stay gain no problem. The hostel is in the middle of a town which is pretty dead at night but who cares !

Low-cost stay in Torrejón
This is a cheap accommodation in the centre of Torrejón de Ardoz, about 12-20 kms by car from Barajas Airport (depending on which terminal). It is not easy to find, as it is situated in a narrow one-way street in the city centre and very badly signposted. The hostel itself is OK, the receptionist speaks some basic English, it is clean and the shared bathrooms are big and sufficient for the number of guests. But the single room is really very small, basically just a bed, small locker and a mini table. There is not enough space to place big luggage, no table or chair to sit. OK for a night stay though. Wi-fi signal is good and reliable. There is a common kitchen with fridge and microwave. Many shops and restaurants within few metres of walking and the main square of Torrejón is just 3 minutes away. Qiuet area, but a dog kept barking next door almost the whole night. Parking options are terrible, the hostel has no own parking area and all the streets close to the hotel are always full of cars and it was impossible to park on a Saturday early evening closer than 10 minutes walk ! For a low-cost short stay it is a good option in this area.

All the list you gave of what is missing from the hostel, have the other accommodations for double what you pay with us, about 20 € more to be exact. It's that the food is worth money. We appreciate your comment.

The hostel was very basic, but was comfortable and clean. Very small rooms. Nice big (shared) bathrooms with shampoo, soap hair dryer and towels provided. Was hard for us to find, tried asking for walking directions but not many English speakers in Torrejon, (including the hostel’s receptionist) so ended up getting a taxi ride. Found it to be a very convenient location within Torrejón de Ardoz, but fairly far from the airport, which was our only reason for staying. About a €26 cab ride

The airport is only 15 min. and the hostel is in the center three blocks from the main square, if the taxi charge that is because they have two rates that are added automatically when leaving the airport, they did not charge that for the distance. Do not expect too much for € 28.00 that we charge for a room for two people. You want closer to the airport, because you have to pay between 70 € or more.

Suburbs ??? Torrejón de Ardoz is one of the best towns in Madrid and we are in the center of this town and 20 min. from Madrid. You are a hard face. First because we gave a double room when you paid one for a person, second because you put a woman in secret, without our consent and third because you expect 5 star attention when you have paid less than € 20 for your room.

I didn't realize that there was no elevator and as my room was not on the ground floor, it was hard to haul up my heavy bags. Happily, someone came and helped me when they heard me coming. Also, parking is very expensive in the nearby underground parking, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who has a car. The price without parking was excellent for the quality and there is a nice shared kitchen with microwave and fridge.

Don't do it!
I would never stay here again. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until the next day. When we went to check in the man at the desk refused to let us check in until 3:00 even thought we had already paid for the pervious night. He was very unfriendly. We paid for two nights but he would not let us check in! Don't stay here unless you like rude people and bad wifi connection!!

I was very pleased at how clean the Hostel was and how friendly the staff were. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because a night some people from other rooms were very loud, and that made our stay uncomfortable. We just turned the tv volume louder to muzzle out the noises. If you don't like a lot of traffic, Torrejon would be an ideal place to stay, because there is less congestion. There are also many places that are close by in walking distance, for example, a bakery, a gym, Parque Europa, Burger King, and you can walk over a bridge to get to a small mall.

Think more before make reservation for this hotel
We stayed there for 3 nights. On the 2nd day evening we came back from outside, the room was not cleaned, which is fine with us. But when I asked for clean towels, the lady in front desk refused my request. I have never ever encountered such a treatment in any of the hotels or guest houses we have stayed before and after. I totally do not understand why this basic request was refused.

Good night, it is impossible for him to be denied a simple tolla. What bothers you is that we would not have made your room which was not done because they had all your stuff in the beds, only one was made if it was cleared. What you asked for was that we go to clean your room at almost 23:00 hours and in a demanding manner even though we explained that the cleaning was done for the day, not at night.

The write up for the Hotel stated that it had a bar, lounge and that the reception desk was open 24 hours a day and that staff were multi lingual. There was no bar, no lounge and the reception desk was not open. Staff were only at reception when you rang the bell. They were not multi lingual either. There was communal bathrooms which never had a consistent supply of toilet roll and again no staff to request this.

nice hotel. 30 minutes away by train from Madrid
nice part of town close to Madrid center by train. and short walking distance to the train station, and also easy access from airport. you take the bus from airport to Torrejon de Ardoz Ayuntamiento (bus fare 2,30 eur.) and get off there and walk 4 blocks to the hotel.

It was was anexcellent stay . Complete Clean & hygenic . Staffs are courtious . Although there was a language issue . But still they had tried all the possible way to help my stay comfortable & hassel free

Although this hostel is outside city limits it has easy access to train to Madrid. Quaint neighborhood w lively plaza and restaurants. A little noisy due to World Cup activities, but overall wonderful experience.

Nadie sale echado de un sitio por portarse bien. Entendemos que este molesta y que insista con este tema. Nuestra atención esta bastante bien puntuada y comentada, será por algo no? Su insistencia no hará que su mal comportamiento cambie las cosas. Usted ya no puede volver a alojarse en nuestro establecimiento para garantizar el buen descanso de los clientes que en el se alojan.

Bien en relación calidad-precio
En general, calidad-precio, está bien. La habitación estaba limpia. Los servicios están fuera de la habitación y dependes de lo limpios que sean los demás inquilinos. No es un lugar para ir con niños ni tampoco para una larga estancia. Es un lugar de fin de semana y de paso.

Pero si le gusto el precio, no?. A nosotros no nos esta gustando su estancia y a los demás clientes tampoco, puede que si hoy tenemos que volver a subir en la madrugada ya no será para pedirle que guarden silencio y que respeten el descanso de los demás, puede que subamos a pedirles que se machen.
