I love this hotel! It is in Plaza Angel which is walking distance to everything, the art museums, Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. in Las Letras neighbourhood, a charming area full of shopping, bars and great restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely with a great lobby and clean comfortable rooms. The desk staff were always helpful and kind and I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Madrid!

Small but staff friendly

The hotel is well centered in Madrid, 15min avarage walking distance from important cites. Our room was small but, the bathroom need to adjust the shower entrance. I almost can get in or get out of the shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast need a little more options.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the streets and the liveliness of the areas surrounding our property. The streets were very busy and nightlife was very pleasant.. shops opened late and it was very safe to walk around and see the city and shops. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing.
