We "happened" on this hotel because it was the location that marked the beginning of our trip! I would gladly stay here again. Although it appears to be an American style hotel, it was an amazing European stay. Although a different location in the city from our other Madrid hotel, it too was a great area and easily walkable for food/drinks/entertainment/shopping. The staff welcomed us with smiling, kind, funny, pleasant personalities and were extremely accommodating and professional.

This hotel is everything you need in a hotel.

This hotel is everything you need in a hotel. Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff that help you but not in your face in a cheesy way. Would 100000% stay there if we are in Madrid again.

Great staff, bed was super comfortable. Parking at €39 a day was a little more than I expected but it is Madrid! A great location and the staff had some great recommendations for restaurants.
