Great hotel with great location. I wish they would mention that their electric car recharging stations require the clients to bring in a home style cable as they only provided outlets. So the main reason of me booking the hotel was void. Many hotel even offer high speed charging stations like the AC hotel I am In right now in Zamora.

Excellent location, walking distance to Gran Via and from there we walked to Plaza Espana, La Plaza, Palacio Real etc. Bus station, Metro is close by.. farther away is the train station Atocha. Our room smelt clean, you can open the windows for a nice breeze, breakfast had many options, food was good and fresh. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay at Marriot on our next trip!

Excellent stay. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Room featured great amenities like a mini fridge, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, tv. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the city center by an easy metro ride. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. I actually am adding it to my list to try and book here next time my wife and I visit Madrid.

The hotel has an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Very impressive lobby area with comfortable seating, sofas chairs and tables in all the convenient areas. Includes a separate bar area, with an outer spacious, glass enclosed area for nicer weather. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast on the 1st floor offered a great choice of hot and cold food for all. The room itself was very clean with modern bathroom. However, one snag was the fan wasn’t working, hence the 4*. Someone mentioned the hotel gave 5* vibes.

The Hotel became part of the Marriott chain during the summer 2025. I stayed there in May 2025 & noticed improvement with customer service! There is still construction going on near/around hotel but it did not affect my stay. Room was large, extremely clean, & bottle of water placed everyday! Highly recommend this hotel away from all the crowds of gran via but still very close to walk to!
