Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were lovely, the service and breakfast were excellent, and the location was great. However, the room felt too basic for the price we paid, especially as it cost more than a double room. There was no table or surface where we could put our things, no kettle to make a coffee, and no bin apart from a very small one in the bathroom. We stayed for three days, so these small things made a difference. A few basic amenities would make the room much more comfortable.

Only disappointment was there was not blow dryer in our bathroom and the conditioner and bathgel were exactly the same thing. Mistake? Other than that, loved the quietness of our room, comfortable bed and pillows.

Everything was super tidy and nice for our stay. If you choose this location, know that you are not staying in the heart of Madrid but rather surrounding the airport which isn't very aesthetic. We wanted something that was right next to the airport which made it a 10/10 for us since it was so close and convenient for our 5am flight. Overall, the place was super clean and honestly, was beautiful.

Love the food variety of the breakfast buffet. One of the female employee was very hardworking. Shuttle bus was great! Our room was cute! Too bad that day we arrived, it was super windy so we didn’t get to check out the area. But it’s all good! Most of the employees were very helpful.

Hotel itself was great, however shuttle bus is hard to find, so ended up with a €33 bill for travelling 5 minutes in a cab. I tried to email hotel, but reply did not come back until the morning. Staff not overly friendly. All seemed rather cross. Wouldn’t harm to smile and welcome customers in a friendly way. Showers are lovely.

Location was great close to airport. Lovely roomy room and bathroom. Pool was great after a hot day. Only comment would be food not really there thing - not overly impressed with breakfast-bacon wallowing in grease in a crockpot -no eggs
