Nunca se presentó Thiam para abrir No respondió a mis mensajes, correos y llamadas telefónicas. Tuve que buscar otro hospedaje. Urge me regresen mi pago por qué no pude ocupar la habitación. Y n pésimo servicio viniendo de Expedia

Apartamento sucio

Nada más entrar había mal olor. En la nevera había un vaso con refresco, una papelera en la cocina llena de colillas y los cajones de los armarios con pizcos y desechos de algo que no se qué sería. No hay ninguna tele en toda la casa.

Disappointing

This is a 3 bedroom apartment and because the location was only 15 mins walk to the centre of Madrid should have been perfect. However, it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in. The host was courteous but the place was filthy. Wardrobe shelves covered in dust, needed cleaning before putting our clothes away. The kitchen had the previous occupants food in the fridge. If someone called Colin is reading this your pizza is still there! Bedroom drawers were dusty and had bits of rubbish in them. Exposed electrics in bedroom and living area. The flooring is chipped and damaged throughout. Stains on pillow cases and towels. No kettle or adequate utensils. There was no hairdryer which we reported to the host and then didn’t hear anything so had to purchase our own for €40. I have never left a negative review before and have travelled extensively. To the owner I’d say spend some money on the place, keep it clean and value your guests. I doubt we will be trusting Vrbo again.
