Great location surrounded by local authentic bars and restaurants. Good metro access but walkable to all parts of Madrid. Room safe was locked on arrival but was sorted very quickly via email. Property is a good size for a couple and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom could do with a spruce up but it was perfectly serviceable. Would recommend

The space was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable . Not having a direct contact with an actual person was a little problematic. We had trouble using the code to access the building on the first day and didn’t know how to get help. Also, the. Bathroom doorknob fell off Otherwise it was a great experience.

The location was perfect, a small walk away from the busy shopping streets and plaza mayor. But still in a lively local neighborhood with lots of tapas bars, dinings, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Great! Also the studio was perfect for a stay for 5 days. Spacious and light and with everything one needs! Highly recommended!

A stay where they care!

I had such a wonderful stay here in Madrid! The area felt extremely safe, and the apartment building itself was spotless. Our room was impeccable!!! everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was how conveniently equipped the apartment was. It had a washer (a lifesaver after a long stretch of traveling), a full kitchen, and a fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect! very well situated, with the metro just a short walk away and close to so many attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the care and dedication of the staff. I had accidentally left behind a necklace, not valuable in money, but priceless in memories. They went above and beyond to help me and even mailed it back to me in the U.S. (things that the didn’t HAVE to do but still did!!) That kind of thoughtfulness means the world to a traveler. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Super clean, well located, and run by people who genuinely care about their guests.

The apartment is as described with some signs of wear from travellers that got to enjoy it before us. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The area around the apartment has multiple bars, few restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our morning in the apartment at breakfast and then could easily walk to public transportation or to the Center by foot. To check in you get an email and then get all the information you need online. I would go there again.

Excellent location. Communication wasn’t clear as we were advised to do online check in and confirmation would be sent a week prior but we didn’t receive any emails. Upon calling we were told email would be sent just a day prior. There was also some confusion re our booking as the room was prepared for a new born baby despite our booking made for two adults and two young adults. It was sorted by a phone call but it was inconvenient at arrival

Don't think twice,it is the place tostay in Madrid

The place was very well-located, near the principal attractions 10 minutes by walk to the Palacio Real, 15 minutes by walk to the Plaza Mayor, and around 20 minutes by walk to the Gran Via. Also, near two principal metro stations. The place has an elevator which is a plus when you are in Europe. The apartment has everything that you need to spend a very good time in Madrid, like an oven, stove, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. There is no reception desk everything is by phone or email, but the communication with the owner was super good and quick.
