the hotel is nice and clean..parking is impossible, very central-everything is near but it is also not a very pleasant street..i don't recommend a visit with little children.

Excellent apartment located a few steps away from the heart of Madrid: Puerta del Sol. The apartment has literally everything you need to feel home, it is very clean and the staff at the reception are super helpful and attentive to guest needs. We stayed over 5 days and got around Madrid with the metro and Uber. Groceries and high end stores are scattered all around so we enjoyed great shopping for food and clothes!

My daughter and I stayed one night, and wished we were in Madrid longer. The check in was so easy, and the after hours reception extremely helpful. The location was perfect, close to transportation, easy to get to from the airport, and close to all the things we hoped to see. Can’t even begin on all of the amenities in the room. Loved it and would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful in every way. While the location was very convenient the street was a little noisy at points in the night - I guess that is what you might expect in a city at fiesta time.

We had a very good time in this hotel, everything was good and comfortable. Check in process was good and easy and they allow us to get to the room earlier then check in time, it was very nice of them. Highly recommend this place.
