The hotel is in a very strategic area near the Bernabeu Football Soccer Stadium, you can get there walking. The staff is always available and very helpful. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but you only notice it if you stay for a long period of time otherwise is good.

We booked this last minute as our original accommodation had fallen through, and we could not have been luckier! The location was brilliant (as tourists to get into the centre), as well the neighbourhood with some amazing local restaurants and amenities. The staff were all fantastic, kind and, helpful, from check in to the bar staff. The breakfast was generally very good, and perfect to fuel up for a long day out. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation, which would have made the trip even better! Overall, this is a great hotel to have as a base whilst you explore Madrid, and will be returning!

Perfect location if visiting the Bernabeu and situated near the Madrid city Tour buses for ease of getting aroumd. Breakfast was good, basic but plenty to choose from. Only negative was the room was very small and located near the lifts, so noisy at times but other than thay, good value for money. Staff were all helpful and polite.

I had 2 reservations in this property, I had high expectations to start with the roof top pool which was under maintenance, so they offered me breakfast on all days which was a nice gesture. When I arrived on my first night, quite tired after midnight and I had big day next day at work, the girl at the reception gave me a wrong room category ( single room with single bed) all room is so tight and claustrophobic, but my reservation clearly stated double room with double bed, I went down to her to tell her, and she had unpleasant face and told me “ sleep now and come tomorrow we can change it for you” So basically 1 of my nights I paid extra on a double room but I was forced into a tight room. Other staff were very nice and friendly except of this girl, the guys who were arranging the breakfast were super nice and welcoming. Location is good. Cleaning was also good, but the property is really old so that does not show much.
