Location location location!! In the same Plaza del Carmen!! Love the area and the nearby amenities. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel have breakfast, room service, cleaning, service, etc. Room was big and comfortable with a view to Plaza del Carmen, which can be a bit noisy at night, but I didn’t mind. Bed mattress can be better, but I worked my way around it. Food was really good, restaurants just downstairs and a great speakeasy just around the corner. I stayed for a week and I really enjoyed my stay there. Hopefully I’ll be back.

Great service actitud from the employees. However, the property’s air conditioning is a whole different deal. It does not cool down at all! A fan had to be provided for us yo be able to sleep!

Staff were friendly. The only thing to take into consideration, our room was extremely small. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t that bad. But I can’t imagine staying longer. This was our last night before heading home so we did have 4 large suitcases.

We loved the hotel. The front desk was the best. They were helpful and nice. It was super dog friendly and our dog loved seeing the smiling faces of the staff everyday! The hotel is centrally located and had great accommodations. Highly recommend.

This was our 3rd trip to Madrid. We had stayed around this area before so specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gran Via and the Chueca neighborhood, our favorite for drinks and fun. The hotel was nice, room was clean however a bit tight.
