Llegue 1 hora tarde por la dificultadas del trasporte por las inundaciones de valencia .. Y me quedé en la calle por que no me pudieron dar ninguna solución.. Ni yo acercarme donde hiciese falta ni nada.. Y cuando le pedí que me dijese si podía hacer algo o cualquier cosa.. dejaron de contestarme y ya no supe nada más.. Me hubiese gustado alojarme ,pero tampoco me dieron ninguna solución aunque fuese yo el que se tuviese que desplazar a cualquier lugar a por las llaves para poder entrar.. nada. Así que mi reseña no puede ser más negativa ya que no fue por un problema mío y aún buscando solución me la negaron.

pesimo servicio

realice una reserva al llegar al lugar nadie me daba razon del hospedaje, llame muchas veces sin obtener respuestas. al comunicarme con soporte recien respondieron indicando que no habia nadie para hacer la recepcion, respondiendo de mala manera, sin brindar una solucion al pasajero, pesimo servicio.

Una experiencia horrible, llegué a la ubicación y me metí en la urbanización sin tener instrucciones de ningún tipo para el check in, menos mal que me encontré con otro huésped que salía y el me dio las llaves, para entrar a la habitación había que pasar por el garaje de la urbanización y cuando llegue me dijeron que me quedara esperando en una habitación que olía mal llena de colchones apollados en la pared, cuando se pusieron en contacto conmigo no me dieron ninguna solución, es decir no existía mi habitación.No había nadie en el alojamiento que te pudiera solucionar nada y al teléfono prácticamente ni responden, de hecho la chica que me lo cogió siempre tenía una actitud como de que ella era una mera intermediaria. Tras una conversación telefónica me devolvieron el dinero por bizum y me tuve que ir de allí. La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca en un "alojamiento" no se lo recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA, AHORRENSE SU TIEMPO Y DINERO. NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI, CON ESTE LUGAR APRENDI QUE LO BARATO SALE CARO. RESERVE UNA HABITACION Y LEI QUE TENIA QUE AVISAR 24 HR ANTES A QUE HORA IBA A LLEGAR PARA QUE ME DIERAN LA LLAVE, LO CUAL LO HICE Y AVISE QUE IBA A LLEGAR TARDE, ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA PROBLEMA SIEMPRE Y CUANDO PAGARA UN EXTRA PARA QUE ME PUIDERAN ENTREGAR LA LLAVE, LO CUAL SE ME HIZO ALGO INCREIBLE YA QUE SE SOBRE ENTIENDE QUE ESO VA INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO, PERO BUENO DIJE ESTA BIEN NO PASA NADA, ASI QUE ACEPTE A PAGARLO. MI SORPRESA FUE CUANDO SE RETRASO MI VUELO 1 HORA Y UTILIZARON ESE PRETEXTO PARA NEGARME Y CANCELARME MI ESTADIA. ASI TAL CUAL ME DEJARON SIN DONDE DORMIR. TUVE QUE CONSEGUIR OTRO HOTEL EN DONDE QUEDARME. NO HAY FORMALIDAD NO HAY SERVICIO NO HAY NADA, LA PEOR EXPERENCIA QUE HE TENIDO.

Ibámos a descansar despues del concierrto de las fiestas de Legazpi. La habitación era muy simple (tambien es una opción muy ecónomica), pero tenía en metro al lado lo que nos encantó. El acceso fue sencillo y con comunicación con el encargado a través de via telefónica (whassap) todo fué muy bien. A mejorar deben facilitar una silla en la habitación y una regleta de enchufes, solo habia un enchufe en la habitación que era donde estaba conectado el televisor, habia que desconectar el televisor para cargar el móvil. Por lo demas todo correcto. Con carácter constructivo hay que mejorar la limpieza de la ducha cuando haya huéspedes.

La dueña una sin vergüenza mal educada .

La verdad que fatal . The true is really bad . Tuvimos que esperar 2 horas y media para que vinieran a darnos la llave con la calor que hacía. Conozco el barrio y pregunté si este edificio era legal a la señorita que vino a entregarnos las llaves . Ella me contestó que creía que si ..que había venido muchas veces la policía… 🤔buenisima respuesta ..luego la propietaria me acusó de racista ,solo por preguntar si el edificio cumplía todas las legalidades . La casa estaba sucia ,la basura de otros clientes estaba en la cocina en bolsas …la puerta de salida si no abres con la llave no podrás salir ya que el picaporte no funciona imaginaros en un incendio teniendo que buscar la llave para poder salir .. los baños no tenían ni un poco de papel higiénico . Eso si había algo de champú imagino de otros viajeros . Comentaros que es un apartamento el cual an echo todo habitaciones menos la cocina y los baños . Los planos y características legales o extintores nada de nada …Acabé quejándome a hoteles . Com y le pedí una hoja de reclamaciones . La propietaria se puso como una loca incluso me dijo que me fuera de la casa si devolverme la reserva de la segunda noche . Después se perder todo el día en hablar y protestar para que me cancelara la reserva hoteles.com ella no aceptaba quería echarme por quejarme sin hacerme la devolución . La habitación sin sábanas una almohada de metro con dos fundas de 40cm . Eso si al día siguiente de quejarme vinieron a limpiar la casa .
