I liked the location, the room itself is nice and tidy, but the AC would go off at times at night, since it works on sensors it goes off when it doesn’t detect you, it was not until 2 days prior to our departure that we got told about a switch to prevent that from happening. The rooms need more care and cleaning, our first room the floor wasn’t clean, the second the AC on one room wasn’t working and there was no TV, and the third one had a broken window curtain so I had to use a sheet to cover the window. We did a total of 5 call ins for maintenance in a span of 4 days. Most were resolved but not all. The most frustrating situation was the AC, in a heat wave over 42°C it’s not nice to have a system that works just sometimes. In my opinion, this is not worth the money that it costed to stay. Some of the staff is really great, others need improvement.

It’s not a hotel, it’s basically a hostal just happens to have a private restroom but everything is controled by a sensor, so whenever the sensor fails, you’re screwed. Ac shuts off when you leave the room, also if you aren’t moving, so the heat will consume you. It’s decent for a quick visit in town, but really small, and too expensive for what it is. You’ll b better with a hotel

El personal es encantador y muy atento. La zona es muy tranquila, bonita y segura, sin embargo, en la página donde reservé ponía que el establecimiento estaba dotado de 2 estrellas y media y realmente es un hotel de 1 estrella. Además, es una residencia universitaria con lo que ello conlleva, cojines de papel con una tortícolis a la mañana siguiente y dolor de espalda de lo incómodo que es el colchón. La limpieza deja bastante que desear tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes.

Het personeel was gastvriendelijk en klaar om te helpen. Wel was de kamer niet zo netjes, voetsporen op de muren, vuile stoelen en heel veel stof in en op de meubels.
