Very modern, renovated rooms with excellent beds and fabulous shower. Ideal location in center of Madrid, convenient to walk to all sights and right near major metro line. The staff were extremely responsive, personable and welcoming. An excellent overall choice for a moderate price

Clean, staff extremely helpful, and nice welcome gifts. Be prepared to walk up some stairs, as the elevator can only hold 2 people max.

The property was very clean, the location was very convenient and most of staff were friendly Due to Taxi or Uber not able to drop off people in front of the hotel, I think there should be some added service to pickup or drop a client at the hotel for added safety especially as some people may be visiting for the first time. Overall, it was a nice and cozy place to stay.

Perfect locations. Room was very clean. Just to note there is only a 1 person elevator, wouldn't change my selection of the hotel, but good to know in advance if you don't want to take the steps to floor 3.

Loved our stay here!!! We especially liked the fact that the bunk bed and main bed were in 2 separate rooms so we were able to give each other some privacy. We also liked the 2 TVs. The balcony looked upon the street which was a great view. Very convenient location being next to Sol. The staff was very helpful and let us stow our bags early as well has store our bags on the day of checkout because we had a later flight

Clean room and bathroom. Good air conditioning. Right next to puente del aol metro and plaza and mall. The exterior of hotel and small elevator is a minus. Otherwise the room was fine and no issues. Good bed. There is not a 24 hour reception. It’s a desk/kiosk with part time staffing. Elevator very small and can fit only one person. The hotel is next to a tattoo shop and ice cream place and hostel. Great location. Near plaza mayor. Just the exterior and hallway and elevator were cheap looking.

Overall the hotel was good, tidy and quiet (my bedroom was not facing the busy street though). The hotel is located at a third floor. I have mobility issues and my staying took place during a scheduled period of maintenance to the lift (as noted in the paper taped to the lift) and the hotel did not provide information about such occurrence.

This was a great setup for me as a solo traveler. The room was modern, clean and just the right size for me. It was a little hard to find the hotel, but I figured it out! The elevator was broken during my stay, so it was tiring to walk up and down 3-4 flights, but I managed. The hotel is literally in the center of Madrid so you have easy access to almost everything via the metro or walking. You do have to walk a little ways to get a taxi, but it’s not too bad!

The room was lovely, big and well maintained. The location was superb. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The only problem was the entrance to the building and the walk up was all dated and not very appealing. There are rickety wood stairs and an elevator that only holds one person. They should do more to renovate the entrance and the stairway up to the property.
