Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. room are too small, didn’t had space for my luggage, placed in the bed, also laundry was so expensive, and my credit card was lost in the hotel and they didn’t return until 3 days later
