Sehr freundliche Beratung am Telefon! Alles war wie beprochen bereit. TV-Programm funktionierte nicht. Da das Problem telefonisch nicht behoben werden konnte, kam wenig später ein Fachmann vorbei. Anschliessend alles tiptop! Auch Putzzeug wurde uns unkompliziert vorbei gebracht. .
