This well appointed and inviting property is nestled between the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean and Tuggerah Lake. Magenta Shores is set on 52 acres and features an amazing array of coastal flora and fauna. Resort amenities include 3 swimming pools, restaurant and bar, tennis courts, golf and day spa. The beach is easily accessible and The Entrance only a short drive for more cafe`s, bars and restaurants, as well as speciality shops.

This luxurious villa boasts views of the golf course, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and outside BBQ area.
