    With its location in the village centre and right on the edge of the forest, Rustico Casa Studer offers a beautiful view of the roofs of the village and the valley and is an ideal starting point for many leisure activities. Hiking trails lead along the Maggia Valley in the immediate vicinity of the house.
    The beaches of the Maggia, which are within walking distance, as well as a picturesque waterfall about 500 metres from the house, are ideal for swimming in summer.

    On rainy days, an efficient infrared heater and the fireplace in the living room help to create an exceptionally cosy atmosphere. The shopping centre in Maggia, bank, pharmacy, post office, bakery, Coop, Migros, Denner, are five minutes away by car, the Vallemaggia bus stop 315 can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes, Locarno and Ascona are approx. 12 km away.

    Despite this proximity to the achievements of our civilisation, the village of Aurigeno itself has a soothing tranquillity that allows the human spirit to recover from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Ein Zuhause in wunderschöner Umgebung

Ein sehr schön restauriertes Rustico, ruhig gelegen, mit herrlicher Aussicht. Beeindruckend die Ausstattung aller Räume, speziell des geräumigen Wohnzimmers und der grosszügig eingerichteten Küche. Man spürt, das das Haus nicht nur gelegentlichen Besuchern angeboten wird, sondern auch als Erholungsort der Besitzer selber dient. Es fehlt nichts und man fühlt sich wohl wie daheim.
