"Hostess/Host for this property are some of the finest I have ever met!! True Irish welcome from the hosts and a glorious manor house for our stay. Rental space was spacious enough for our group of five friends. We were able to experience the Northern Irish countryside at the house with chickens, guineas, and a donkey named Rita! "Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. "

"We chose Magherafelt as it is central and every part of the province is accessible for a day out by car. Off road parking is a bonus. Access to the house was easy using the key safe. "We had a lovely stay. The property is very nice and well equipped. The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. "
