The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. "Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking.
What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought...

"Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!"

"This was a very nice hotel if you only need it for the day which was what we needed and the airport is very close by. But this area is far from the central area of Naples so your gonna need a taxi to get wherever you go"
