The house enjoys a quiet location just 1.5 km from the medieval village of Agello, where a bakery, butcher, and small supermarket cover the essentials. The area offers stunning views of nearby Lake Trasimeno. Lovely day trips are possible to Assisi and Perugia, as well as to Tuscan towns like Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, or Siena.

The grounds are particularly charming, with park-like gardens, mature trees, wide lawns, a large swimming pool, a gazebo for outdoor dining, and leisure activities such as table tennis, bocce, and a children’s playground.



Inside, the historic character has been carefully preserved with natural stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, and large fireplaces. Antique furnishings are elegantly combined with modern comfort.
