  • Nestled in the green Umbrian hills, with a splendid view of Lake Trasimeno, this lovely and cosy country house welcomes you.
    Its minimalist-chic style, which honours Umbrian tradition, makes it perfect for accommodating up to 5 people, thanks to two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the loft.
    You can spend your special moments in the bright living room and enjoy meals together in the dining area, which features an open, fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning are available.
    Enjoy complete privacy in the large garden, where you’ll find comfortable sofas facing the lake or more secluded areas for breakfast or an evening aperitif.
    Free parking is available on the property. The perfect solution for a romantic getaway or a stylish holiday with family or friends.
    A complimentary initial supply of linens is provided for the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Any additional requests for linen or towel changes during the week may incur an extra charge.

Villa Profumo Di Salvia is an exceptional villa. A very private location surrounded by olive trees and a short walk to the beautiful lake. The villa has been equipped with great thought and to a very high standard. The host, Silvia was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will certainly be returning for another tranquil stay.

Best Introduction to Italy Ever

As good as the house was, the host was even better! Big shout out to Silvia, the house manager! This was our first visit to Italy and needed a lot of suggestions for things to do in the area. Silvia was there for us for anything, restaurant recommendations, winery tours/tastings and so much more. Silvia was our go to and we were never disappointed. Thank you.The property is beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. it was the most relaxing holiday house we have ever stayed in.We will definitely be returning!
