In the heart of Central Italy, just a few hours from Rome and Florence, the villa is the ideal starting point for discovering rustic and medieval villages, where you can stroll through historic alleys and savor the local food and wine specialties, in places like Cortona, Montepulciano, Castiglione del Lago, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, and Gubbio. Villa Melissa is surrounded by a beautiful forest: in front of the house is a large shaded area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue; this space is a large natural terrace from which to enjoy the view of the lake and Polvese Island.
