Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner.

A charming mountain retreat near the motorway

Hotel le Ralis du Mont Blanc is a charming family owned hotel right in the middle of the French Alps along the north south motorway connecting France with Italy. The restaurant served a wonderful barbecue dinner with a breezy outdoor seating area. The morning breakfast had anything that you could ask for. The family dog, a beautiful Husky, wanders about the place. It was too bad we only were able to stay one night, because it is just a lovely place.

Friendly family orientated

Friendly and family run. We choose not to eat at the restaurant only because there was nothing that our youngest would have eaten but the chef was cooking on the terrace over an open flame, it looked and smelled amazing. So maybe some options for younger guests? Room was on the small side but functional for one night. A few cobwebs in the corners but that is easily fixed. Overall I wound recommend for a stay in the Alps.

Séjour sur place correct. Check-out à 10h45. Je n’ai pas fermé à clef la chambre que je quittais. J’ai reçu à 13h15 un appel téléphonique de l’hôtel. Il m’a été posé la question si « moi ou ma fille avions été malades, car la salle de bains a été retrouvée très sale par l’équipe de nettoyage ». Il m’a été dit « j’ai pris des photos et je vais les adresser au médiateur de la plateforme ». J’ai trouvé ces propos accusatoires choquants. Nous avons comme à notre habitude laissé une chambre propre. Ma fille de 15 ans a été très choquée d’entendre de tels propos. Nous n’avions jusqu’à présent eu que des expériences agréables dans les établissements fréquentés au gré de nos nombreuses réservations en France et à l’étranger. Nous sommes particulièrement meurtris par cette expérience lamentable qui gâche notre voyage. Nous comptons sur le professionnalisme de la plateforme pour mettre au clair cette situation extrêmement désagréable qui nous a été imposée. J'avoue ne pas avoir été surpris de lire la réponse ("partage d'une entrée et d'un plat à deux") : l'entrée a été mangée par ma fille et le plat par moi, avec deux cocktails et deux desserts : 71 euros le tout (avec frites molles trop cuites), c'est très bien payé ! Je reconnais avoir fait au petit déjeuner deux petits sandwichs (4 tranches de pain de 10cm de côté, des lambeaux de jambon et une barquette de saint moret qui coûte 30 centimes au supermarché). Les avis c'est pour noter l'expérience du séjour, je m'y suis appliqué.

Accueil sympathique, litterie confortable, volets + rideaux occultants pour ne pas être gêné par la lumière, bonne insonorisation, politique environnementale ok, bons produits de toilette, chambre un peu petite mais le tarif très raisonnable en tient compte, bref, parfait : à recommander (pensez à réserver pour dîner car le restaurant risque d'être complet...).

Nette kamer, correct. Kamer aan de kant van de weg; iets gehorig, maar niet storend. geur van natte hond in de receptie beneden, ranzig. Om die reden geen ontbijt genomen. receptie is een deel van de middag dicht, rekening mee houden bij aankomst. Praktisch gelegen, geen inspirerende directe omgeving; eerst een stukje rijden

Excellent Séjour ou nous aurons réveillonné cette année. Très bon accueil, Hôtel plein de charme et puis bien placé, pas trop loin des pistes (1/4 d'heure en voiture). Très bon restaurant, repas de la saint-Sylvestre digne d'un bon restaurant gastronomique et le service qui va avec! Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons très probablement....

Séjour pro dans un chalet à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Très confortable et pratique avec sa kitchenette parfaitement opérationnelle. Très calme malgré la proximité de la route. Bonne literie, wifi performant et prises électriques en quantité suffisante. Douche hydromassante appréciable. Check-in et check-out rapides, avec une remarque particulière sur la bienveillance et l'amabilité des propriétaires des lieux. Bref une bonne adresse pour un séjour sans ennui!

Je conseille

Très bonne adresse, chambres très bien, salle de bain très bien, accueil et hospitalité remarquable, partie restauration très bien, propreté très bien. Séjour de 3 jours pour affaires. Prestations conformes à sa grille tarifaire. N'hésitez pas. Pour ceux qui veulent une bulle hermétique au monde extérieur, choisissez le côté montagne. Et bien sûr n'hésitez pas non plus à vous y restaurer.
