"Beautiful location right on the beach! Beds where comfortable and clean. Spacious place. The bedrooms upstairs have their own A/C units, which I loved! I would suggest that the host replace all the kitchen stuff. There was no sharp knives, no cookis sheets, everything is random, the frying pan sticks, and the pots should definitely not be used. Need big mixing/salad bowls. When we arrived there was dirty diahes in the dishwasher and the BBQ was really dirty, hopefully they are able to find a...

"We had a great stay! The nearest beach was walking distance but we ended up driving to shuswap provincial park a few days to use the beach there which was sandier for the kids. The unit had everything we needed and the owners were super friendly if we needed help with anything!"

"we had three familys with kids and this cabin suited us all one family had the downstairs the other took the cabin and us grandparents had the upstairs kitchen and had a (solid sleep each night as we could hear the others) other than a rocky beach so bring water shoes we had a great stay and enjoyed the meteor shower on the large deck We all would stay again..."

"We stayed in cabin 3, which is a basic one bedroom that had a nice lake view. The cabin itself was clean, and if you were planning on cooking would adequate. There was a dresser and various hooks, and some shelves for belongings. It is advertised as having a sofa bed, but this is not the case. There is a low, wood frame, single bed, like a child’s bed almost, which does not in any way provided a sofa like place to sit. "Stayed for a few nights with a group of girlfriends. Overall loved the location and closeness to the lake/dock. The four bedrooms split between two floors worked well for us. Only issue was some items were not stocked for us prior to arriving but were delivered when requested. Also, there should be a note about how steep the driveway is to access the unit as this may make it hard to access for some individuals. All in all we really enjoyed our time in Blind Bay and would stay here again!"

"Buena Vista is a lovely location with cozy cabins and their decks about a metre apart overlooking Mara lake. The neighbours were very near but quiet and considerate. The lake was warm and the rocky beach and dock area felt private and well cared for. We had a very nice time."

"This was our second stay, and we'll be back next year. We absolutely love the location, the yard for games, the layout of the house, how well stocked it is with everything you will need to cook, hang out, be on the water, and sleep soundly. Lindy is a terrific host, and the place is immaculately clean. It works so well for our teens, who get their own space, and friends who pop by. Rainy days are a pleasure with plenty of games and books and stocked dvds. It's lake heaven!"
