"The house was large, incredibly charming, with historical features with modern amenities. You can tell that it has been well taken care of over the years. The grounds of this house are amazing and photos do not show the huge backyard with walking paths through wildflowers, ample private backyard and front yard space to run and play and explore! It's also on a very quiet country road that you can walk down and it's safe. The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains each day. The Avantstay team was very communicative and helped immediately with any problem we faced. We also appreciated that the house was pet friendly - its a great yard and house for dogs (and kids and adults of course)."

"This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. I really found that above and beyond - and appreciated. "
