"Our go to place when we fly love it"

"We checked in on the later side but the lady that helped us was friendly, informative, quick and helpful! She made check in a breeze. She also had no shortage of recommendations for late night dinner spots, we opted for House of Pies (think Marie Calendar's). When we finally got to our room, it was clean and cool (it was 95 degrees with what felt like 90% humidity). Everything we needed was available, more than enough room for myself and coworker. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. The towels were your typical hotel towels, but they worked! We got up early and hit the free breakfast. Bisciut and gravy, sausage links, country potato's and scrambled eggs were the hot items. They also had bagels and bread with assorted jams, jelly and cream cheese. Ceral and breakfast fruits were also available. Coffee, milk and juice was there as well. Some visitors made a plate and headed back to their room, we opted to dine in the spacious dining area. Check out was a breeze! This was my second time staying here and when I come back I'll stay here again! For what its worth, we only stayed one night."

"Overall pretty good, my kids loved the water park. Only downside was you have to request your room to get cleaned everyday, and my room wasn’t ready at the time we arrived which was supposed to be ready at 4pm. Will definitely recommend but they can do better in this area specially when you are paying 300 usd per night."

"My stay was well except the bathroom shower and breakfast food. The water drains way too slow almost like it needs maintenance or add Drano. The breakfast needs more verity of foods maybe then the food will be good. One thing I loved was the toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was sufficient and smelled really nice! The mattress beds felt like new. That was awesome! The pool is not what I expected but it wasn’t bad. I loved the water splash for my toddlers. Above all I’m happy to say thank you for having my family and I enjoy your property. We enjoyed our stay specially because I didn’t want to book 2 rooms. It was 2 adults trying to manage and care for 5 kids of all ages. We definitely needed to be all together so yes we only got one room and 2 beds but I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different and a room with 3beds was not available. That’s ok though we enjoyed the quality time together. Thank you again! "
