"Desde que lleguamos al hotel se siente un calor bien familiar, nos recibieron con ese amor, empezando desde los guardias de seguridad siempre pendiente a todo tiempo, los cuartos al 100% limpios, y bien olorosos, el personal de mantenimiento los mejores bien servicial a todo tiempo, la comida ruquisimaaaa les doy 20/10, pero los dueños del lugar son los mejores, nos recibieron como si nos conociéramos desde años son bien amable, bueno nos dittos nos sentimos como si estuviéramos compartiendo con familias de sangre, nosotros recomendamos La Hacienda del Sur al 100%, ya estamos planeando para volver, muchas gracias por a todos Dios los bendiga y que sigan con esa amabilidad que reciben a sus costumers. Esto es un 100/100."

"For what we need, it was very good. Peaceful. Not local tv, if you don't use or have internet you have no options as entertainment. Just have coffee nothing for breakfast, there is no announcement of that so we knew it but they can better the offer with few things for a quick breakfast before you leave."

"Staff was great, room was clean, parking was a weird situation since there is limited parking. The backyard was a unmaintained but the pool and hot tub was nice."

"I came here for a special occasion and everything lived up to expectation. The property is amazing. The staff is so so friendly, like incredibly friendly and they treat you like you would not belong anywhere else. The beach is so beautiful and maintained. Crystal clear water. The food is very good and the chef accommodated us with specific requests. We got a plunge pool and you can step off your private area right onto the beach and take a nice beach walk at night. It’s really secluded, calm and peaceful. You can rent a golf cart for $200 a day and go to the free amenity waterpark called the watermelon which has a lazy river pool that wraps around it’s entirety. It’s quite expensive, but if you’re looking for something truly special and amazing then this is the place to go to. Thank you so much to the staff. 🙏🙏🙏"

They made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable."
