"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food to arrive even after specific time requesting for Jain food before even booking. Overall not a good experience and can definitely opt for another resort at a much better rate with the same amenities"
