"As already raised via case number 100327325 as you ppl were not able to address my concerns with respect to the quality of the accomodation provided inspite of repared follow ups there was no response from the team hence please refund the entire amount of booking. I paid around 8500 INR for a property which is not even worth 500 INR . I do not expect expedia to have tie ups with such property. "
"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better.

"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs.

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special with their fantastic service and always-smiling faces. A big thanks to Tanulima and Manisha for their warm hospitality, and to Mahendra from the restaurant team who went above and beyond—he not only checked on us but also served food options that weren’t part of the buffet.
The property itself is beautifully designed with good architecture and a perfect location that makes it very convenient for exploring Mahabaleshwar. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and the facilities are excellent—especially for kids, with plenty of fun games and activities to keep them entertained.
Dining was another highlight—breakfast and meals had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff ensured everything was perfect. Room service was lightning fast, and the valet and parking were seamless, making the stay stress-free.
What stood out the most was the politeness and ever-smiling nature of the entire staff, which truly made our experience memorable.
If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add more non-vegetarian options to the menu.
Overall, a perfect family getaway and an experience we’d love to repeat. Highly recommended!

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing.
Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
