First of all, not clean when we came. There were a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Then when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. So I ended up having to take a cold shower in a dirty bathtub.

Title: Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet
This resort has all the makings of a 5-star property, but our experience was a mixed bag.
Let's start with the positives: The rooms are absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool is truly amazing, a real centerpiece of the resort. We also found every staff member we interacted with to be incredibly nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, the negatives were...
"Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. It was actually a lot worse than a basic motel 6. Beach access was excellent though. Personel (when there) very very nice and friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa Seychelles! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beautiful Beau Vallon beach, restaurants, shops, and bus stops, which makes exploring the island very easy.
The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed, which made us feel at home. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to give advice or assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special.
Overall, Thalassa is a perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere on Mahé. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to others!"
"The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is right by the beach. cleaning lady very nice and friendly. came every other day to clean the apartment fully. she was always present on site to ask if we needed anything and was always helping us.
We arrived late at night, around 10 pm and someone was around to check us in.
