K'gari Hotel Guide - Maheno Wreck hotels in K'gari, Australia.

"The room was super clean, other than the nail and ball of loo paper in the bottom of the shower. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We arrived after hours and were given all the information we needed to check in, the whole process was good. The restaurant was still serving food as well, have to say the calamari was delicious. In the morning on check out, which was 10am, a knock on the door came at 9:30 and the cleaner said "sorry I am early". Now i know we could have said no, but she stood there so expectantly like we had no option and to be honest we were packed up almost ready to go so it wasn't an issue; but if check out is 10am then they really shouldn't be knocking before that and it's a minor complaint."

"Staff were so kind and accommodating. Upon seeing our group make up, they recommended a bigger room so that we’d be more comfortable. This is directly across from the beach. There was laundry on site, which was very helpful during our overnight and we were able to walk to go eat. "

"For our annual extended family trip, 7 adults & 7 children, the house was pretty much perfect. The massive open plan living area, with extra long dining table, along with the lovely long deck & outdoor table, meant we had multiple options to all sit together for food, chatting & boardgames/cards. The only downfalls were that as 2 of the 3 bathrooms are ensuites that left only one bathroom between 3 adults & 4 children (the other 3 kids used the ensuite of their parents room) & the bunk room doesn’t have a proper ceiling fan, just a small fan attached to a wall, so their wasn’t a lot of air flow in a room that had 4 kids sleeping in it… neither of these points was enough to to impact on such a great property & the wonderful holiday it provided. The resort facilities were also great. "

"Accommodation was not as advertised. Advertised as studio cabin with picture of cabin and interior with beautiful furnishings however upon arrival it was a motel style room with older furnishings. Have pictures to show the difference and happy to provide to Expedia as what you’re advertising is not what the accommodation is. Have no complaints about Ingenia or staff just want to warn others that the pictures are not what the accommodation are. We were really disappointed to arrive at the accommodation after hours and find that it was absolutely not what was advertised. "

"Great place to holiday the house was very clean with every comfort from home. Property manager was great topping up the water tank every day to make sure we never ran out. "
